Reports are delivered as pdf over email. Data is delivered in xls format files and downloaded from a link that is provided. We also provide interactive on-line dashboards for larger reports at an extra cost. Please contact us for more information.

Location intelligence is complicated because consumer purchase behaviour is complicated. Simple typically means a partial solution, or a short-cut. The fact that almost 50% of Canadian retail, depending on the retail category, is located in cluster traps where there are too many competitors for the size of the trade area is a testament to size of the problem. It's why we spent over a decade building a Digital Twin location solution for Canadian retail. Mobile location data is better suited to isolating individual trade areas for deeper analysis (by time of day, etc.), but it is poorly suited, and cost prohibitive, to creating a national solution where all trade areas are taken into account, including the migration of consumers between trade areas. Mobile data is based on where consumer travel, which means that the same person is counted multiple times in each competing shopping centre they frequent. It means that mobile data effectively creates inflated trade areas where consumers are doubled counted. The fact that almost 50% of Canadian retail, depending on the retail category, is located in cluster traps where there are too many competitors for the size of the trade area is a testament to size of the problem.
